I am happy about the new lesson i made today, June 29, 2017. It is entitled, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RELATIONSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD. I was able to improve on the format of the lesson. ===================================

Another Lesson was created yesterday, June 28, 2017 entitled, “Does God Exist?”.

Why does God allow sufferings?

When we or other people experience sufferings, we cannot avoid asking a question, “Why does God allow sufferings?”  We cannot blame God for all the sufferings in this world.  When Adam and Eve sinned, the result was suffering.

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
-Genesis 3:16-17

Since the fall of Adam and Eve, every human being always commits sins.  The reason is because all men are born with a sinful nature.   We sin because we are sinners by nature and choice.

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: -Romans 5:12

Sin brings various consequences in the lives of many people.  Many children may not have done worst things, but they were affected and they suffer due to the mistakes and sinful deeds of their parents.

Another reason for the sufferings of many people is due to the work of the Devil.  He is always looking for opportunity to destroy lives.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: -1 Peter 5:8

What about the righteous people?  What I mean with the righteous people are those who have accepted Jesus by faith and were made righteous by the cleansing of Christ’s blood.  It does not mean that believers can no longer commit sin.   Christians are not perfect but are forgiven.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.  -1 John 1:8-10

Do Christians still experience sufferings?  Here is a passage:

Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.  -Psalms 34:19

Yes Christians still can experience sufferings as no one is exempted from the troubles in this world, but there is deliverance from God.

Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
-Job 5:7
